Our expert Grillmasters, Maisie and Craig, will be on hand to show you how to get the most out of your Weber BBQ. Learn how to grill the perfect steak, cook the juiciest chicken as well as amazing vegan dishes including Jalapeno and corn pancakes with hot honey, vegan birria tacos made with Slad Valley Mushrooms and a vegan BBQ ribs sandwich. All on the grill!!

And at 4pm on Saturday we have a special guest, Jack Knight from Knight’s Butchers, to give a 'prime cuts' steak butchery and BBQ masterclass. Not to be missed!

We’ll also have plenty of samples to try, so you can taste the mouthwatering results for yourself.
